TiviMate is a professional-grade media player application designed for Android-based streaming devices (like Firestick, Android TV, and NVIDIA Shield). Important: TiviMate is a player only and does not provide any content or channels itself. To use TiviMate, you must supply your own IPTV service subscription.

How do I set up my subscription?
Setup is fast and secure:
- Install TiviMate: Download the app from the Google Play Store or sideload it onto your device.
- Receive Credentials: After purchase, we deliver your Xtream Codes API details (Server URL, Username, Password) directly to your WhatsApp.
- Configure: In TiviMate, go to Add Playlist > Xtream Codes, enter your credentials, and your channels/EPG will load automatically.
Does the service work on multiple devices?
Yes. Our multi-device plans allow you to stream on up to 5 screens simultaneously, depending on your selected tier. Please ensure you choose the plan that matches the number of devices you intend to use.
What internet speed do I need?
For a stable experience, we recommend:
- HD Streaming: At least 20–30 Mbps.
- 4K/8K Streaming: 50–100+ Mbps for optimal performance.
Tip: A wired Ethernet connection is always preferable to Wi-Fi for 4K/8K streaming to ensure consistent stability.
What if I experience buffering or issues?
If you encounter any issues:
- Check Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet speed.
- Update EPG: Go to Settings > EPG > Update EPG to refresh your guide data.
- Clear Cache: Go to your device’s app settings for TiviMate and select "Clear Cache".
